Costs
We have set our postal
cost at 21% of the total order, typically it works out at just over £5
per bag. This may seem high but please be assured we take the utmost care to
ensure your items get to you in first class condition, we use sturdy cardboard
boxes not a plastic bag as some retailers use.

Shipping And Handling
We deliver your order
right away, 99% of our bags are in stock.
We will normally send
your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally
received in under 7 days. USA orders are generally received in under 10 days.
If
your item is not in stock, we will email you to advise how the long the item
will take to order and with the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.
Guarantee
Handbags are quality
controlled and checked for defects before being despatched to postal couriers,
our handbags are not on loan for home approval. They come with a strict 7 days
return to base if they are not of merchant quality only!
A full refund of the bag
cost will be refunded too you, goods have to be posted to us and arrive within
7 days UK and Europe and 10 days from the USA and the rest of the world to be
able to allocate you a refund..
Any other returns i.e.
the colours not right the size is not right (please note all sizes are
stipulated on our web site), you will upto 14 days after purchase receive a
credit note for the gross cost of the bag but not the postage. Please inform us
immediately if the above is relevant by

On all returns please
include your name and invoice number, place in suitable packaging so as not to
damage in transit, gain a proof of delivery and insurance purchased in the
event of loss or damage return address will be advised.
Don't send us items that
do not meet the above contitions as we can't issue a refund or return the items
to you If instructions are not followed, we reserve the right to refuse the
return
